Field Installations
Treatment tanks are generally arrayed on a steep grade between a holding pond above and a settling pond below. This elevation change allows the system to operate on gravity flow alone, precluding any need for remote electrical service.
The number of tanks required for any given application depends on site-specific variables and customer requirements. However, field installations such as these typically include four to six tanks, scalable up to systems of 30 tanks or more.
It’s a simple design that provides virtually trouble-free operation, requiring only normal monitoring and periodic maintenance.
